Legislature will continue studying marijuana regulation in 2016

The House did not have enough votes to end marijuana prohibition in 2016. The Legislature adjourned in early May, but the House and Senate did agree to have a committee continue studying the issue this summer and fall. We will be publishing a detailed voter guide this summer so Vermonters will know where candidates on their ballot stand on marijuana policy. Stay tuned!
